As an Order Handler, you will be the main point of contact for customers and business partners in the Force Measurement Sales / Measurement & Analytics / Process Automation department in Ratingen, Germany.

Your excellent customer service skills will support the team in managing the entire order processing.


Reporting to:

Head of Order Handling


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing orders from receipt to invoicing, including compliance, scheduling, monitoring, and cost control
  • Planning and overseeing shipping, including customs procedures and import/export processes
  • Preparing order processing calculations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any escalations
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships by keeping them informed and resolving any issues
  • Monitoring overall process and identifying areas for improvement

Your background:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar order processing role
  • Proactive and agile approach with a strong sense of ownership for customer issues
  • Basic knowledge and experience in customer service, customs, and shipping
  • Familiarity with SAP MM and SAP SD
