What to expect from us at Clay Center:

  • You will start with a special welcome day, where you will get to know your team and all the other trainees
  • Your training will last a maximum of 3 years
  • Salary: 1st year: 1,000, 2nd year: 1,100, 3rd year: 1,300
  • Customer service and product presentation will be your main tasks
  • You will ensure that shelves are fully stocked, order products, and check deliveries
  • You will also support the cash register area
  • Your training will also cover bookkeeping and business management
  • We will provide subsidies for travel expenses and school books

What we are looking for:

  • You have a good secondary school or high school diploma
  • Communication is your strength. You enjoy talking to people, are calm in exchanges with others, and are openminded
  • You are interested in sales and the underlying processes
  • You are curious to learn about different product categories
  • You are flexible and willing to take on new challenges

What you will contribute:

  • Building on the tasks of a salesperson, retail merchants plan purchases, receive deliveries, and stock and store products
  • You will also be involved in planning and implementing advertising and sales promotion measures
  • You will observe the market and competition, as well as the flow of goods in our store, and influence the product selection
