'I am 44 years old, 1'81 tall, and weigh 80'95 kg. I am struggling to gain muscle mass despite following a high-protein, low-calorie diet. I would like to tone my entire body and get rid of excess fat, especially in my abdominal area. Due to work commitments, I am only available on Saturdays and Sundays. I currently do fitness/muscle training at a gym, but I am not seeing the results I desire.
