Your tasks as:

You support the management of the pool and absence management and are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of our nursing pool during replacement phases, as well as supporting the coordination and organization of an efficient personnel deployment plan in accordance with legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations.
You play a crucial role in the further development of the pool team.
You take on the role of managing the duty and vacation schedules, as well as the training plan for the strong pool team/ambulance team.
You support the management in ensuring the quality of care provided by the pool staff and are involved in quality assurance.
You assist in determining needs, scheduling, and controlling the invoicing of temporary workers, taking into account economic aspects.
You are also responsible for correspondence with temporary employment agencies.
You are closely involved in shaping the implementation of the clinic's strategy.
You work in the nursing management team, quality management, and patient care, are reliable, and take on responsibility.
Business management, especially in dealing with available resources.
