Your contribution:


  • Customer and patient support via telephone and email
  • Order processing and ensuring timely delivery
  • Returns and exchange handling
  • Complaint and grievance management
  • Requesting billingrelated documents (e.g. prescriptions, orders)
  • Maintaining master data
  • Point of contact for our colleagues in sales and technical departments

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed commercial education (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk, healthcare management clerk, medical assistant)
  • Firsthand experience in order processing
  • Professional and competent demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Enjoyment in communicating with customers over the phone
  • Independent, structured, and pragmatic work style
  • Willingness to take initiative, work independently, and maintain integrity
