Description

For our client in Hamburg with a focus on aircraft maintenance, we are currently looking for motivated talents.

These tasks await you:

  • You evaluate and optimize buildings and structural facilities, taking into account legal and economic requirements
  • You plan, monitor and implement cross-site new construction and renovation projects for infrastructure and supply systems (e.g. hangars, production facilities, etc.)
  • You develop, initiate and coordinate modernization measures for existing facilities, taking into account economic, scheduling and quality goals, and work with the involved production units
  • You create and implement maintenance and servicing concepts for structural facilities
  • You provide technical advice and support to production areas and equipment planners for construction projects
  • You conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare project orders and approval documents

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience in managing and implementing complex construction projects
  • You have a solid understanding of relevant legal regulations (HOAI, AHO, building legislation, etc.) and business contexts
  • You are fluent in German and have basic knowledge of English
  • You are willing to participate in professional development and assignments in Germany and abroad
