Project Manager (m/f/d) Corporate Communications, Content & Press

At Geiger, we bring people together who share a common passion for what they do.

Responsibilities at Geiger

  • You create creative texts for our internal and external channels (press releases, social intranet, employee magazine, online media, brochures, newsletters)
  • You identify topics for internal and external communication and coordinate their distribution together with the Digital & Content team
  • Monitoring and tracking of media coverage
  • You are in communication with the management regarding text creation (speeches, position papers, letters, etc.)
  • You are responsible for operational and strategic PR as well as being the central contact for press and crisis communication within the group, maintaining contact with journalists, editors, and associations
  • You support our numerous business areas in positioning themselves in industry media

What we are looking for

  • You have a degree in marketing, communication, social or humanities or have completed a journalistic or comparable training and have gained initial professional experience
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a convincing and, if necessary, emotional writing style
  • You are open and communicative and enjoy working in a team
  • You think holistically and have excellent analytical skills
