EffiUp GmbH is a small company in the training and security industry for automated systems.

Our robotics trainings take place at various locations in the Federal Republic of Germany and are customized for our clients.


We are currently looking for candidates to join our team at our location in Chemnitz, as well as for on-site assignments with our clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position for 40 hours per week.


Your responsibilities:


  • Inspire our participants and conduct diverse and interesting trainings at different locations in Germany using various robots and technologies.
  • Develop and conceptualize your own trainings and contribute independently to the team.

Our requirements:


  • You have several years of experience in robotics and possess knowledge of robot controls from manufacturers such as KUKA, Fanuc, and ABB, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • You are a team player, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to motivate and impart knowledge to others.
  • You have basic knowledge of PLC programming, preferably Siemens S7 and/or TIA.
  • You have a methodical/didactic understanding and ideally hold a certificate of competence in training (AEVO).
