Job Description:

Your Responsibilities (39.0 hours):

  • Social debt counseling according to SGB II and SGB XII
  • Information and counseling on consumer insolvency proceedings (m/f/d) (incomeindependent and for citizens (m/f/d) with primary residence in Saxony-Anhalt)
  • Conducting outofcourt debt settlement procedures
  • Counseling and representation of debtors in outofcourt settlements with creditors
  • Conceptualization and implementation of preventive offers and networking with cooperation partners

Your Qualifications:

  • You have completed training or have a degree as a: social worker (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d), business administrator (m/f/d), lawyer (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Training in higher general administrative service or a comparable education
  • Additional qualification in debt and insolvency counseling (at least 150 hours) is desirable or the willingness to complete it
  • Willingness to actively participate and enjoy cooperation tasks related to clients
  • Independence and experience in counseling work
