- or part-time Server
  • Hospitality Lead** to help strengthen our team and ensure we provide the best customer service we can This is a handson leadership role where you oversee your frontofhouse (FOH) team while also serving guests yourself.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience as a server
  • Some experience in a managerial or lead position
  • Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
A degree in a field such as hotel and business management would be preferred. 3+ years of experience as a lead server would be a plus

This position works during regular business hours.

As a full
- or part-time Server
  • Hospitality Lead, you're a role model for your FOH team, and you ensure every staff member is doing their best. You oversee your team as they work, checking for quality customer service and offering tips for improvement. To keep our team strong, you train FOH employees and share the best tricks of the trade. With a great attitude, you also serve our guests and contribute to positive dining experiences.
