Avan Property Management is looking for a full-time IT Support Technician to join our team in Houston, TX.
This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the IT department and support the business on-site as necessary.
We are a property management company and has apartment complexes.The IT Support will be supporting the OnSite staff and managing the IT aspects of the company.
Requirements:
Property management experience a plus. Knowledge of RealPage OneSite and digital marketing. Able to work on RealPage software and other property management issues a plus. Experience in website development and AI concerning property management.
Essential Duties:
- Provide technical support to our customers and employees on a daily basis.
- Assist with hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Troubleshoot network issues on a remote basis.
- Troubleshoot server issues.
- Work with third party vendors to resolve customer issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on servers, hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on a remote basis.
- Perform inventory counts for the IT department.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay:
$ $25.65 per hour
