Description
We are currently looking for a new team member to support our team in Daleville.

Your mission will be to take on various tasks such as performing small repairs of all kinds, conducting inspections and maintenance rounds.

You will also be responsible for carrying out precise tasks such as painting, floor installation, minor building repairs, and small locksmith activities, as well as maintaining the outdoor area.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing a specific property and carrying out repairs according to customer requests.


To be successful in this role, you should have a background in a trade profession or experience working as a caretaker.

Good knowledge of German is required, and a valid driver's license and access to a car are necessary. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and customer-oriented.
