Your tasks

Leadership and motivation of the team, taking into account individual strengths and abilities to promote optimal performance
Design and implementation of efficient value creation processes for the production of material handling equipment in variant-rich small series and special constructions
Responsibility for planning and implementing lean and efficient assembly and logistics processes at the Lüneburg location
Continuous support and optimization of assembly areas
Participation in development projects to ensure cost-efficient and production-optimized product design
Investment planning in the area of responsibility, taking into account efficiency, company and strategic goals
Further development and promotion of the continuous improvement process (CIP) at the location as a strategically important core topic
Regular initiation and implementation of time studies (REFA / MTM) for analysis, evaluation and design of optimal work processes
Active participation in the management team of the location
