You are responsible for the professional, disciplinary and organizational management of your store and are always ready to pitch in for its success.
You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create the staff deployment plan in accordance with guidelines.
You ensure that everything is in order in your store and impress our customers with the quality and freshness of our products.
You constantly monitor key figures and manage and monitor sales, inventory and personnel costs.
