In our Private Client Services department at EY Law in Stuttgart, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, Heilbronn, or Mannheim, you will advise family businesses, their shareholders and families, wealthy individuals, and family offices.

In doing so, you will take on a variety of tasks:


  • Structuring and implementing succession concepts for entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals
  • Advising national and international clients at the intersection of inheritance and family law, corporate law, and tax law
  • Advising family foundations and charitable foundations
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from the national and international EY network

What you bring - Skills to shape the future

  • Completed degree in law with aboveaverage German state exams
  • Enjoyment of work and enthusiasm for a diverse and challenging role in an international environment
  • Team player with creative ideas, commitment, and motivation
  • Strong communication skills and interest in advising private clients
  • Analytical skills and structured, independent work style
