- Create personal connections with pharmacies in your area and maintain your contacts.
- Advise pharmacy staff on MEDICE products while keeping the economic goals in mind.
- Take care of developing and implementing targeted marketing and sales strategies, such as implementing sales concepts or placing products in prominent locations, such as on the sales floor, at the checkout, in the pharmacy, or in the shop window.
- Organize short training sessions for pharmacy teams on various topics, such as overthecounter sales and productspecific sales.
- Plan and manage training measures and associated budgets.
- Conduct territory and results analyses and monitor market and competition developments.
- Keep the pharmacy selection up to date for the entire territory, taking into account the set goals.
- Take care of stand support at trade fairs and conferences when needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as creating customer analyses, planning routes, preparing and following up on conversations, and reporting.
