Your task:
As a Sales Expert Pega (m/f/d), you will identify new approaches and sales models for the use of Pega with new and existing customers to digitize and automate holistic processes and workflows.
Your tasks in detail are:
- Responsibility for the complete sales process from customer acquisition to proposal creation to order completion, involving Pega Delivery, Financial Controlling, and other decisionmakers
- Acquisition of Pega new business at T-Systems customers through lead generation, lead qualification, and cold calling, especially in collaboration with our subsidiaries, Pega, and external Pega partners
- In addition, development of new business through cross/upselling to Pega existing customers in the T-Systems customer base
- Building and maintaining contacts with Pega decisionmakers at prospects and customers to identify new business opportunities
- Development, presentation, and negotiation of Pega solution and implementation approaches, if necessary with the involvement of professional services
- Qualified forecasting of the sales pipeline and consistent opportunity management in our CRM system
- Achieving the set sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure continuous and profitable revenue growth in dialogue with T-Systems Partner Management and Pega
- Close internal collaboration with the account and deal management team, as well as with the Pega experts from delivery
- Building a partnership relationship with Pega for the assigned customer base and sales focus topics.
