Description
The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany.

Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Train Traffic Controller (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our locations in Bentwisch, Bützow, Gelbensande, Pölchow, Ribnitz-Damgarten, Rostock, Rövershagen, Schwaan, Warnemünde, or Warnow.

The vocational school is located in Güstrow.

As an apprentice, you will become a coordinator for our trains. However, you will not be on the train, but in a control center (called "signal box"). We have numerous signal boxes throughout Germany.

Using screens or boards, you will be able to monitor the trains in your area and control their movements through buttons, keys, and levers.

With the push of a button, you can change signals (traffic lights for trains) to green or red and also switch tracks so that the trains can change tracks.

You will also have many other tasks that make you an essential team member for the train drivers. You will be in constant contact and exchange information, for example, about changes during the journey.

You will work with a small team in the greater Rostock area at a signal box close to the action.

Here, you will
