Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Grocery Manager, you'll play a vital role in directing our dedicated team to provide the highest standards of service to our valued customers


Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: Supervise and support all employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience in grocery operations.

Organization Master: Organized and efficient.

People Person: Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and all levels of management.

Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.

Leadership Skills: Able to lead a team.

Keen Eye for Detail: Previous checking and ordering experience is a plus.

Continuous Learner: Completion of Retail Management Certification Program is a plus.


Union Scale/Hourly Rate:
$27.10
