We are a team of around 1,400 employees from over 50 nations and with the departments of opera, ballet, and drama, we are the largest three-department theater in Europe.

With approximately 1,000 performances per year, we reach a large audience. Join our team and together, let's create amazing stage productions in our opera house, drama theater, and other venues.

We are a dedicated and welcoming team of eight human resources officers and two team assistants, and we are looking for a new team member in the form of a human resources officer.

This exciting, diverse position offers plenty of opportunities for involvement, as well as the chance to take the lead in areas such as recruiting, leadership consulting, and other special tasks, in addition to the extensive HR field.
