    Advocate Good Samaritan Health & Wellness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a part-time Front Desk Attendant to join the onsite team in Downers Grove, IL.


    Front Desk Attendant, Downers Grove, IL
    _Weekend schedule - Saturday & Sunday: Noon-7:30PM. Able to fill in other shifts._

    _Free Membership, 15-20 hours per week_


    In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers, provide program information, services, membership, and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer service.
    • Ideal applicants will have previous customer service and/or fitness industry experience.
    • Adult CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
    • Flu vaccination & ability tonavigateelectronic onboarding and timecard systemsrequired.
