To support our team in the area of contract management, we are currently looking for a

Legal Trainee in Private Construction and Architectural Law in the Elective Station (m/f/d)


Your tasks:

  • Support in the design and review of contracts and amendments
  • Enforcement and defense of claims against third parties (Contract & Claim) in the areas of private construction and architectural law, as well as engineering law within the regulations of the German Civil Code, VOB/B, and HOAI
  • Support in the review of defect situations and the assertion and demand of securities (retentions and guarantees)
  • Preparation of internal notes, expert opinions, and decision proposals
  • Support in the implementation of a digital contract management system for documenting relevant contract documentation as well as deadline notation and tracking (Digital Construction File)

Your profile:

  • First state examination in law
  • Initial knowledge or demonstrable interest in the mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good English
