Your tasks

  • You design: You plan various activities for the children - such as excursions and long-term projects - and integrate them into the daily routine
  • You promote and challenge: You support the children in developing their own skills, observe and document developmental steps
  • You are approachable: You conduct parent meetings and participate in parent evenings
  • You contribute: Our kindergarten is constantly evolving, and you help shape the concept of the facility

Your profile

  • Know-how: You are a state-recognized educator or have an equivalent qualification according to VOKitaFÖG §11
  • You are up-to-date: You are familiar with current pedagogical and legal requirements
  • Nice to have: You may have already worked with children with disabilities
  • You never stop learning: You enjoy further education and participating in supervision
