Our hospitality company not only operates the well-known Hofbräu Wirtshäuser, which have been providing Bavarian flair and coziness in Hamburg for over 15 years and in Berlin for over 10 years, but also our "Barmbeker Drei", which includes the Q21 Gasthaus, Barmbeker Schachcafé, and T.R.U.D.E.

To support our preparatory accounting department, we are looking for YOU in
full-time or part-time

Your tasks & responsibilities:


  • Daily cash bookkeeping and preparatory payment transactions
  • Processing of creditors and debtors, including dunning
  • Written and telephone customer contact
  • Independent organization of the back office
  • Support for monthly and annual financial statements
  • Daily retrieval of bank balances, including control
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics
  • Document archiving

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training with accounting experience (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience and current expertise
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • You convince personally through teamwork, independent and structured work, analytical skills, and a high affinity for numbers
  • Commitment, independent and reliable work
  • Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of English is a
