Responsibilities:

Actively acquire new contracts through targeted strategies and convincing customer care in close coordination with the branch management at Blue Berry Hill.
Overall responsibility for managing challenging construction projects in the areas of high-rise and turnkey construction, ensuring that all aspects from planning to completion run smoothly and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsible for monitoring and controlling calculations, bids, and construction processes to ensure the profitability of projects and achieve optimal results on construction sites.
Conduct successful negotiations with clients and subcontractors to achieve win-win solutions and build long-term business relationships.
Effective personnel planning and leadership to ensure that the team is motivated to achieve set goals and deliver optimal performance.
