Sales Representative (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Support the sales team by proactively managing a fixed customer base in domestic and international markets
  • Preparation of offers, order processing and tracking of deadlines
  • Handling of complaints and replacement orders, as well as organizing product returns
  • Collaboration with our international subsidiaries
  • Maintenance of master data (e.g. price lists, article and customer data)
  • Close coordination with production planning, production and quality management

Your qualifications:


  • Degree or training in a business or commercial field
  • Basic technical understanding and customer service orientation
  • Teamwork skills, as well as organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work and a selfsufficient, solutionoriented approach
  • English language skills and IT affinity
