Deep River, IA

Immediate Hire
40-45 hours per week
€55,000 per year (negotiable)
No remote work


Responsibilities:

Operational management of the entire production of Lunch & More (childcare and school catering) and company canteens (adult catering)
Planning and organizing the workflow of production, taking into account economic aspects
Leadership and drive for development in the areas of production, goods logistics, and stewarding
Scheduling and vacation planning for subordinate employees
Responsibility for the entire flow of goods, including invoice approval
Creation, recipe development, and budgeting of rotating menus, following given guidelines
Conceptualization of new ideas and menu offerings for adult catering
Monitoring and controlling delivery obligations in terms of quality and timing
Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, HACCP, occupational safety, and cleanliness in the entire production area
Monitoring of kitchen equipment/machinery, including coordination of maintenance, repairs, and new purchases, as well as investment planning
Promoting and motivating employees in the kitchen and stewarding departments
Expanding the existing kitchen team in line with growth
Close collaboration with management and operations
Joint development of digitalized processes in the kitchen
