We are looking for a:

Project Coordinator Trainings (gn)

Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for handling correspondence with speakers and participants and, if necessary, assisting with scheduling with speakers.
  • You will support in the reissue of existing trainings, seminars and further education programs (digital/live).
  • You will make organizational arrangements with locations in the preparation phase of a live event.
  • You will create sophisticated digital and physical documentation.
  • Setting up, planning and coordinating various video conferencing tools for digital trainings.
  • Creating technical requirements and managing audiovisual equipment.
  • You will be responsible for the organizational handling of events, including coordination of service providers.
