At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an electrician as a project manager for building technology (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Berlin location.
Your tasks:

In your new role as project manager, you plan and manage projects in technical facility management, e.g. for office and industrial buildings, and ensure the achievement of project goals throughout all phases of the HOAI
You keep an eye on quality, deadlines and costs and support customers from the preparation of offers to the acceptance of construction and planning services
You support the operator and maintenance personnel with technical and methodological issues
In addition, you create the project structure including capacity planning in coordination with the division manager and monitor the project budget in cooperation with project controlling
You are responsible for conducting independent discussions with the client for project implementation, as well as project meetings and documentation

Your profile:

You have many years of professional experience as an electrician or have a technician, master or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, plant engineering or a comparable field
