- Master's or Doctorate degree required.
- Possess a current, valid associate level license issued by the state of North Carolina as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A); Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A).

Job DescriptionThe Blue Rose School Resiliency Program is seeking LCMHC-As or LCSW-As to provide professional care to our clients in a school setting in Goldsboro/Wayne County Schools. Services will be provided at school sites.
These positions require one of the following designations: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates (LCMHC-A), Licensed Clinical Social Workers Associates (LCSW-A) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists Associates (LMFT-A) issued by the state of North Carolina.
Under the supervision of the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor, the School Based Counselor Associate is responsible for delivering quality counseling, managing, and minimizing risks by maintaining accurate documentation.
Successful candidates will be responsible for conducting mental health evaluations, developing treatment plans, facilitating individual and group sessions, and potentially managing referrals.
To ensure success, School Based Counselor Associates should have familiarity with the latest developments in counseling and feel comfortable collaborating with faculty, staff, and other professionals. Outstanding candidates will also exhibit exceptional clinical insight and extensive counseling experience.
