Campaign Coordinator in the Just Economy Team

Your tasks will include:

The main task is to coordinate, plan and implement Oxfam's advocacy and campaign activities on the topic of just economy, with a focus on labor rights in supply chains and migration, in collaboration with the Just Economy team and the Campaigning & Engagement team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordination of the planning process for advocacy and campaign work at Oxfam Germany (ODE) in the Just Economy/Social Inequality team.
Coordination, planning and execution of campaign activities.
Strategic and content preparation for campaign direction, as well as leading internal and crosscluster coordination meetings within the organization.
Close collaboration with ODE's responsible experts on the topic of just economy.
Close collaboration with Oxfam International's overall campaign: representing ODE in phone conferences and meetings, and participating in national and international networking events.
Outreach and collaboration with potential alliance partners (e.g. NGOs, trade unions, consumer associations, creative and cultural institutions/agencies).
Outreach and collaboration with partner organizations in the Global South.
Participation in grant applications to external funders.
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to thirdparty funders.
Monitoring and evaluation of activities.

Your qualifications:

Completed relevant vocational training or degree in development policy, social sciences, or communications.
Several years of experience in practical campaign work and creative forms of action.
Knowledge of topics such as just economy, gender
