Your responsibilities with us:

Fressnapf creates a unique ecosystem for pets and you will make the stores in your district fit for the future
You will drive the success of the stores in your district by providing them with your expertise and effective best practices
You are motivated by key performance indicators and use your deep understanding of your district to implement effective measures
Ensuring standards for quality assurance and a strong market and brand presence is second nature to you
As the interface between franchise partners and store managers, you foster closeness, consistency, and efficient processes

Your qualifications:

You have relevant work experience in the retail industry
Your strong communication and persuasion skills allow you to inspire and lead the teams in your stores, ideally with previous leadership experience
Your analytical and entrepreneurial mindset drives the success of your actions
You are constantly seeking ways to improve and enjoy developing creative, customer
