The VAMED Clinic Schloss Pulsnitz is a specialized clinic for neurological and neurosurgical rehabilitation with 370 beds. We treat patients from early rehabilitation to follow-up treatment.

You may be wondering, what will you be doing?

You will be responsible for initiating, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing-specific and multidisciplinary projects (key user).

We will entrust you with the professional leadership and development of nursing standards, allowing you to integrate current scientific findings into nursing practice.

You will also be responsible for conceptual work in the context of advancing nursing practice.

It is important to us that you engage in networking within the scientific community to learn from best practices and apply them to our facility.

You will oversee the implementation of the standards you have developed through nursing rounds and monitoring of nursing documentation.

You will also participate in activities such as quality and risk management and coordinate nursing processes and standards in the PDCA cycle.

Additionally, you will organize training and further education measures for all employees in your area of responsibility. You will play a key role in promoting interdisciplinary collaboration between medical staff, therapists, and the administrative department.


What you bring:

  • Completed training as a health and nursing professional or a degree in nursing sciences or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, further training as a practice instructor
  • Experience in nursing education or in the qualification
