Responsibilities
- Receiving customer requests for workshop appointments
- Managing the appointment schedule with staggered consultation appointments
- Disposition and management of replacement mobility and maintenance of customer data
- Providing price information for telephone inquiries
- Supporting the service advisors (m/f/d) and service management
- Completing recurring daily administrative tasks including phone calls
