Your Responsibilities:


  • Leading, planning, and supporting the workshop team for the brands: Seat, Skoda, VW Commercial Vehicles, Volkswagen, and Audi
  • Coordinating workshop orders
  • Ensuring the quality of work performed
  • Conducting test drives
  • Performing final inspections
  • Responsible for cleanliness and occupational safety in the workshop

Your Profile:


  • Completed technical training
  • Further training as a service technician or master automotive technician
  • Several years of professional experience in the workshop sector
  • First leadership experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of common IT systems and core processes in the automotive industry
  • Organizational skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
  • Driver's license class B
