Training content

During your training at our nursing school, you will learn how to professionally care for adults, elderly people, and children. The theoretical part of the training takes place at our nursing school. For the practical part of the training, you will need a training contract with a practical training provider. You will be placed in various practical assignments, such as a nursing home, hospital, home care, and care for children and adolescents. This will allow you to gain practical experience with people of all ages. With this training, you have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences and determine which specialization is right for your future career path.

The practical training in nursing practice comprises at least 2500 hours, and the theoretical and practical lessons at the nursing school comprise at least 2100 hours. The lessons cover the following topics:

Plan, implement, and evaluate responsible nursing processes and nursing diagnostics
Design communication and counseling in a person- and situation-oriented manner
Shape professional action in different contexts
Reflect on and justify your own actions based on laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines
