In our central warehouse in Wiesbaden, we permanently stock nearly 2,000 different products such as party tents, pop-up pavilions, garden pavilions, as well as a range of accessories and spare parts.

Started over 15 years ago as a "living room eBay seller," we have established ourselves in the market and want to continue growing with you in the future.


Job Description

What the Job Offers

  • You always have an open ear for our customers by phone, email, and all other communication channels
  • Your professional advice helps customers with their purchasing decisions, and you never leave anyone out in the rain when it comes to problems.
  • You constantly exchange ideas with the team about current trends and customer wishes
  • You enter and maintain customer data in our merchandise management system
  • In daytoday business, you prepare orders for the shipping department

What We Need

  • Ideally, you have a commercial or comparable education
  • Knowledge of English or French would be an advantage
  • First commercial experience in sales we will make you a stable tent expert
  • Enjoyment in dealing with customers, as well as empathy and teamwork skills
