As a Junior System Engineer (m/w/d), you will be part of the Endpoint Security chapter in the Managed Cyber Defense and Cloud Solutions department. Our chapter has end-to-end responsibility for solutions from renowned manufacturers, including products in the field of Mobile Protection.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in technical operations and further developing existing products in the area of Mobile Protection with a focus on automation
  • Actively participating in innovation projects and contributing to technical design
  • Creating and coordinating architecture, design, and operational documents for our platform solutions
  • Providing technical support for sales activities and assisting with proposal creation
  • Ensuring quality within ITIL processes (incident/problem/change management)

Profile


You have successfully completed a degree and have at least 1 year of experience in operating IT environments.
