Capital Development and Accessibility Supervisor vacancy.

Position Summary:
This position functions as the supervisor of the Capital Development and Accessibility Team within the Facilities Operations Section, located in the Bureau of Facilities and Lands.
This position is responsible for the efficient development and implementation of the Department Capital Budget and coordinating accessibility at public facilities and programs.
The incumbent functions with a high degree of independence within the framework of laws, rules, and general policy of the Division and State.
This position provides policy guidance and technical advice in the overall management of the Department Facilities Program, specifically the capital development and accessibility areas.
This position supervises the staff within these program areas; fosters and participates in statewide team management in the facilities program in the Bureau of Facilities and Lands; and in the Division of Internal Services.

Salary Information:
The classification title for this position is Budget and Policy Supervisor. The starting salary is between $42.46 and $43.46 per hour ($88,316 and $90,396 annually), depending on qualifications. The pay schedule/range is 81-03.
Pay on appointment will follow the provisions of the State of Wisconsin Compensation Plan.
This position includes an excellent benefits package, including health care, vacation, sick leave, and retirement benefits. A 12-month probationary period may be required.

Travel:
This position is located at a regional office and may be required to work with facilities or staff in other regions, as assigned by the supervisor.
Routine travel will be required to other service center offices and to program related meetings across the state, including overnight travel at times.
