V. is an established organization that has been providing state-recognized pregnancy counseling services since 1976 and social pedagogical family support since 2000.

With approximately 60 employees, we offer gender- and culture-sensitive, low-threshold counseling and support on all issues related to family, partnership, pregnancy, sexuality, and parenting, regardless of age, nationality, or religious affiliation.

We are an approved youth welfare provider for Pforzheim, Enzkreis, and Calw.

We have professionalized our structures in a future-oriented manner and now combine a full-time board function with full-time management and leadership work in close cooperation.

As part of a planned succession plan, we are looking for a
Managing Director (m/f/d)
with a focus on social economics – permanent position starting in January 2025.
