Good morning. This is a community of neighbors in Atlantic City, WY that has leaks in some of the 4th floor units. The leaks are coming from the roof, which also affects the terraces on the 5th floor. Additionally, there are 2 gutters that need to be sealed and one that needs to be straightened. Approximately 8 or 9 floors are affected. The repair will require accessing the roof to fix the gutters.
