The high school is one of 26 Catholic schools under the responsibility of the Archdiocese of Berlin.As part of the school center in Fürstenwalde, you will set the course for high-quality educational work with a special focus on the relationship with the students, working collaboratively and closely with the school management of the gymnasium and elementary school.
We are looking for a dedicated leader who, guided by the Christian view of humanity, develops the profile of the high school together with the faculty and accompanies the students on their path to confident and responsible individuals.
Your responsibilities:
- Together with the management team of the gymnasium and elementary school, you are responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of the school program.
- You take initiative to promote the further development and profiling of the high school and ensure a smooth daily school routine.
- With your appreciative and open approach, you, together with the principal of the gymnasium, take responsibility for the largely shared faculty and the special needs of the high school.
- You enjoy working with young people and their parents. You create a trusting, professional, and transparent environment for educational work and shared exchange.
- Building a broad network is important to you. You actively maintain the network with external cooperation partners, expand it further, and represent the high school at relevant events.
