Your Tasks

As a (Junior) HR Digitalization Consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for implementation projects and support our clients in optimizing and digitalizing their HR processes. Whether it's a large corporation or a medium-sized company - you will analyze existing processes and advise your clients on the best use of new software.

You will support in the implementation of software related to Human Resources

You will also be responsible for project management tasks - from traditional project management to agile methods

You will be the central point of contact for questions regarding the optimization of existing HR processes for your clients

As the interface between HR and IT, you will be responsible for the digital implementation of HR requirements and will accompany our clients on their journey towards a digital and future-oriented HR work

In addition to daily business, you will also participate in exciting projects related to the professional support of selecting suitable HR software
