How You Will Support Us

  • You continuously and efficiently handle technical and commercial support requests and, if necessary, submit error reports.
  • You take responsibility to increase customer satisfaction, meaning you are always friendly, competent, and fair.
  • You provide optimal and needsbased support to existing, new, and potential customers of our subsidiary companies (telephony and internet providers).
  • You assist customers over the phone with your expertise, document support requests in the help desk/ticket tool, and ensure the tickets are processed as quickly as possible.
  • You handle incoming commercial support requests and provide advice to customers.

Qualifications:


What You Bring

  • Completed commercial or technical education, preferably with experience in customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in confidently and reliably handling customers.
  • Ideally, knowledge of standardized processes in the telecommunications industry (order and contract management, invoicing, termination, customer porting, customer troubleshooting).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in German, both written and spoken.
