Your Responsibilities:


What is your mission as Creative Lead?

As Creative Lead at Westgate, FL, you will be responsible for leading the Creative Team and overseeing the design and editing of our ad creatives.

Your passion and expertise in performance creatives will be utilized daily as you work with the team to tackle our clients' challenges.

You will be driven to continuously improve this service and solidify advertace as a benchmark in the field of performance agencies.


  • As the leader of the Creative Team, you will be responsible for both the disciplinary and technical guidance of the team. Your growth mindset will drive you in this role.
  • You will be responsible for the creative product of advertace from static design to animated videos and performanceoptimized UGC editing.
  • You will continue to build on our industry leadership as the best creative service solution for performance marketing.
  • You enjoy and excel at discussing performance creatives. You confidently advise clients and challenge your colleagues.
  • You represent advertace on social media channels, at external speaking events, on LinkedIn, and at other industry events.
  • You develop efficient processes, implement automation and AI into our workflows.

Your Profile:

Skillset

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of performance creatives. Your portfolio clearly demonstrates how you have contributed to scaling brands with creative ads.
  • You also have experience in a leadership role and have direct reports who can speak positively about working with you.
