To support our team in Mainz, we are looking for a


Dispatcher (m/f/d)

Your tasks will include:

  • Acceptance and processing of timesensitive transports within Germany and abroad
  • Conducting price calculations in coordination with sales
  • Creating electronic freight documents
  • Allocation of all incoming orders to available vehicles, taking into account economic aspects and customer requirements
  • Planning and coordinating drivers for the following day
  • Monitoring delivery times and deadlines through tracking, as well as evaluating for performance assessment
  • Managing the driver team
  • Customer service

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or comparable experience in logistics
  • Previous experience in courier services is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Precise, independent, and reliable work ethic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Ideally, knowledge of the Rhein-Main area
