We are looking for you as a working student for Digital Service - Focus on Campaigns, Digital Shift + Chat/Chatbot (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

The challenge:


  • Support campaigns to attract more users for our digital services (Digital Shift)
  • Analyze and prepare customer and market information for specific target groups
  • Build and optimize automated sales and service processes in the chat customer contact channel from the perspective of customers and employees
  • Crossindustry analysis of chat solutions and innovations related to the chat channel
- (Partial) moderation of regularly held team meetings

  • Close cooperation and coordination with adjacent departments and agile teams
  • Get to know an agile work
