Compensation:
The Parts Driver Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $21.00.

Responsibilities

Complies with and enforces all safety & security policies and procedures.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Maintains safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures and complying with codes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Realizes that business is built on customer satisfaction and stays devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and performs routine maintenance tasks.
Always obeys posted speed limits and all other rules of the road.
Deliver and pick up parts to various locations.
Build longterm relationships with the customers and vendors you deliver to.
Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, and vehicles.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 25 years old with a valid California class "C" driver's license and clean DMV driving record.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Excellent client and customer satisfaction skills.
Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
Selfmotivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Selfstarter and selfmotivator.
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Able to drive both automatic and standardtransmission vehicles.
