ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be able to read and comprehend technical direction and documentation.
  • Reads, understands, and implements directions of appropriate maintenance manuals to identify and locate associated components on the aircraft.
  • Accomplishes aircraft lubrication.
  • Opening aircraft access panels for inspection and/or maintenance.
  • Closing aircraft access panels areas following maintenance inspection after receiving the appropriate clearance to close per AAR and customer procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable AAR policies and procedures.
  • Ask questions as necessary to increase knowledge and skills and attend all workrelated training.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required. Must possess and be able to use minimum tools, i.e., basic hands tools.


EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Aviation or mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
