GST America Inc. HR Specialist
GST has a wide range of innovative abatement products for semiconductor industry. GST innovations include a unique dual-stage combustion reactor for the Dragon "Burn-Wet" scrubber.

The GST reactor can be operated at a higher temperature than flameless burner for superior abatement efficiency while achieving NOx and CO emission level below 10 ppm.

GST is investing in the development and acquisition of novel abatement technologies to meet the requirements of today and the future.

GST AMERICA works with SAMSUNG AUSTIN SEMICONDUCTOR.


1. Responsibilities

  • Hire and recruit employees to meet monthly headcount
  • Conduct interviews and orientations
- help all new hires with On-Boarding

  • On-Boarding
- manage benefits (all insurances)

  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- keep up to date on all HR files
- update records for new staff
- produce and submit reports on HR activity

  • Communicate with GST HQ in South Korea
  • Keep up to date on all employee evaluations
  • Assist in general office duties

2. Requirements

  • Bilingual is Preffered (Korean)
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- knowledge with MS office, excel, word, powerpoint.

  • Organized and detailoriented
  • Bachelor's Degree or +5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources.

4. Pay

  • Negotiable

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
